I agree with the past two posts! Don't live here. The manager is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. Any service requests take from 5-7 days to complete with at least 2 phone calls for the same problem. On weekends when we use the pool it is usually filthy with dirt all over the bottom. We have lived here for 2 years and have seen this once gorgeous well kept complex steadily go down hill. What a shame!

I have lived here for almost 2 months, that's why I will only post a review recommending or not this place after I move out, something that everybody should do. But in the meantime - I've had a few service requests, only one took a week to get solved and it really wasn't important, the other 2 got solved in 24 hours. I also use the pool only on weekends and it's anything but dirty - between 9 and 10 Am both Sat and Sun there's a maintenance person cleaning the pool, taking leaves out of the pool, arranging the chairs. Now if you get there before he gets there, yes it can be dirty, but let's talk about the residents that leave cans of beer on the tables instead of throwing them to the trash cans, or leaving cigarettes butts on the floor. Some residents need to be watched by a baby sitter! You need respectful residents, that can't be fixed no matter how much maintenance you have.
