Originally when my boyfriend and a roommate signed a lease here for a year we were told by management that it was fine for me to be the 3rd roommate in a 2-bedroom since I was living with my boyfriend. Of course a few months later that employee is replaced and they start badgering us at all times of the day about noise violations, parking violations (which ween't even our cars), would never tell us if they had signed for a package and had it in the office. The screwed up my roommates rent claiming that he had not paid when in fact they had misplaced the check (when his mother called in they were unbelievably rude and did not offer proper apology when they realized their mistake). The management would come by at any time without notice to complain to whoever happened to be home even if it was 8 pm on a sunday night. As one of the many college students that live here I feel like they think they have the authority to do whatever they please and treat you with great disrespect.
THe maintances men though were very helpful and nice. They would give notice and repair a lot of things within a resonable time period. HOwever, we had a terrible ant problem that lasted over a month and for some reason maintance was not able to take care of the problem and manegment sure took their time getting people in to fumagate. We had to leave the apartment but at that point ants were even crawling out the the shower tiles in the shower. We also had to throw out several hundred dollars worth of food.
I love the layouts of the apartments and they are generally very well maintained, the outside is also very green but I think they they over water the lawn bc even the next morning there are mud piles everywhere.
Oh and the pool is nice as long as you dont expect to swim in it, just stand there and talk with friend w a drink in your hand. Its almost always packed in summer.

We find this posting to be incorrect! The person who wrote this was not even on the lease. The parking commet is out of line the residents/their guests would park in reserved parking causing other residents to not have a place to park. The office would get call every Friday and Saturday night from the loud parties they would have. As far as the "many colledge students that live here" we dont get complaints out of them they are well mannored and respectful of their neighbors. One thing this person needs to understand is that when you live in a community with close neighbors you cant carry on as you want. In response to the office staff coming to their apartment when we please, is false. Our office hours are from 8-6 and 5pm on weekends when we close we go home. The only one who lives on property is the manager and the only reason she would go to a residents apartment after hours is they where creating some sort of havoc. So if you are reading this review please be aware that this person or persons clearly was not following the rules and received the cosequences of that.
