I moved in 8 months ago and gave my dog away as they only allow 1 small pet. Soon after I moved in I saw large dogs as well as tenants with 2-3 dogs walking them around the property in the evening when I came home from work. When I went to the office for an explanation the girl in the office told me they don't enforce the rules because it's too expensive to do so. I went down to the clubhouse one Saturday morning for the coffee and bagels they put out. There was a women with 2 dogs sitting there at a table eating. One of the dogs was on her lap eating from her plate. You would think they wouldn't allow dogs in an area where food is being served. So if you want to live here and have a large animal I guess you just lie and say you don't have a large dog because managemaent doesn't care annyway!
The managment here in general is very apathetic to any problems and are very rude and impatient when speaking to them about any issues that come up.

The rudest staff ever. Wendy, namely has no idea what she is doing. Twice I complained about the dog noise to which no follow up was ever done. The charged me carpet cleaning fees AFTER offering to replace the carpet for free, and charged me late fees AFTER personally telling me what the raise in rent was as I wrote the check in front of her. The new management has NO IDEA how to keep tennants. Good Luck to those who chose to live there.
