I have only lived in this complex for two months but I'm moving out asap. First off, there have been 2 break-ins since I moved in. The management office has been very rude when asked about this. They disclose nothing. We did, however, find the resident who was the victim and she said the perpetrator entered her apartment while she was in her bedroom at 1:00am. VERY scary. The management did nothing to warn us of the severity of the crime.

Also, don't park in anyone elses parking spot. (not to mention they go empty for months) Not just because the management will be a completely rude about it, but because there are threatening tenants in the complex. I got a note on my car that said "Next time you park here I will smash your windshield and your headlights. The next time you park here I will slash your tires." I don't know about you, but a note that says "Please don't park here" would have sufficed.

I would NOT recommend anyone try to live here. It's overpriced for the poor management and the lack of security in the building - particularly if you're not a 250 lb male.

I live there currently and I hate it also. You mentioned you were moving out asap after two months. Did they charge you a lot of extra fees or just the reletting fee?
