When reading reviews on this web site you should seriously think about who writes this stuff. Are you going to jump on and write about how great things are, or are you going to run as fast as you can to tell everyone when you feel you were wronged. I have been a resident at what was The Park at Turtle Creek now 3377 for almost two years. I walk my dog often and speak with lots of other residents, I know that the guy who responds to every review was taken to court and evicted because he made violent deadly threats to someone here. I am not sure what he thinks makes him a good judge of values when he himself threatened a life. When I found this out I was glad to see that the office was willing to do something to make sure we didn't live with that type of person.

My dear Anonymous: you already have two replies to your posting in less than a day and none comes from the person you are speaking of, yours truly. It seems, then, that I may not be the only dissatisfied resident (or former resident, in my case). I have to agree with replier number one in believing that you work in the office or you are related to someone who works in the office. Because yes, I was taken to court by the management under false accusations of threats but I have never threatened anyone's life (ever in my life) and I was not evicted, I stayed until the very last day of my lease (and I left my apartment in pristine conditions, by the way). Precisely the fact that the management used lies and deception to take me to court when all I had done was to energetically demand action to be taken against crime speaks by itself about how deplorable your office is. You seem to have too much information to be "a resident???, as you portray yourself. You have either been lied to or you are lying. I am inclined to believe the latter.

This person works in the office. There are still tenant that are scary. They write offensive and threatening notes and leave them on cars. The management is doing nothing to evict crazy tenants.

I just moved out from here about a month ago and it was the worst place I have ever rented from. I will continue to tell everyone I know that is looking to rent in Uptown to stay away. The office staff has some of the rudest women I have ever dealt with. The people that have been wronged have every right to share their stories. I know for a fact that they are true. It's not a great place to live.

I AM A OLDER PROFESSIONAL FEMALE, HAVING LIVED IN APARTMENTS THAT WOULD HAVE MADE THIRTY 377 LOOK LIKE SECTION 8 HOUSING. IF I HAVE SOMETHING GOOD TO SAY, I WILL. BUT LIVING HERE, I HAVE VERY LITTLE POSITIVE TO SAY. I DEFINITELY LOOK FORWARD TO MY LEASE ENDING NOVEMBER 2008!!!
