I've lived here going on three years. I was here during mgmt. changeover.

As far as rude staff, I have *never* experienced that. In fact, just the opposite. They're always very friendly, as is the ground/maintenance crew. Residents often speak to each other just to say hi or admire someone's dog. I have heard about break-ins, but I have never had this problem, and I am away from my apartment often.

I suspect that the reason some residents don't care for the staff is because there are a lot of snotty people who live around here and might be quite difficult to deal with. I find that if you smile and wave to the staff, they are likely to do so in return.

Way to be stereotypical of people living in uptown, if you don't think people are friendly in this area then why don't you try renting somewhere else. Like there aren't snobby people everywhere you go or in every type of environment. Smart Review, really..

I AM A 61 Y/O PROFESSIONAL FEMALE, AND "DO NOT" CONSIDER MYSELF SNOTTY, JUST A HARDWORKING REGISTERED NURSE! AND YES, I HAVE HAD MANY ALTERCATIONS WITH THE OBNOXIOUS OFFICE STAFF, DUE TO THE FACT THEY "NEVER" WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING NEGATIVE SAID. TAKE OFF YOUR ROSE COLORED GLASSES!!!
