MY SPOUSE AND I HAVE LIVED AT THIRTY 377 OVER A YEAR. IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THE PLACE BEFOREHAND, I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED A LEASE, AND HEADED STRAIGHT FOR ST. THOMAS RAVALLO! THE MANAGEMENT HAS ONLY ONE THING ON THEIR MINDS, "THE DOLLAR." CLIENT STAISFACTION DOES NOT ENTER INTO THEIR THOUGHT PROCESS. I WOULD BE VERY WARY LEASING HERE, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FORTITUDE IN DOING BATTLE WITH THE ' MANAGEMENT TEAM PERIODICALLY! HOWEVER, THE MAINTAINENCE TEAM IS EXCEPTIONAL. GROUNDS SO-SO; WORST IN THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. PARKING GARAGE HAS HAD MANY CARS BROKEN INTO, MINE INCLUDED.
