I've lived here for one year now and really like it. The location in Uptown is great. Haven't had anything but good interactions with the staff. Whenever I need maintenance I fill out the online form and they fix it right away. Super easy! The walls must be pretty well-built because I never hear the neighbors that are next to me, above or below. Can hear the airplanes, cicadas and if people talk loudly on the street (doesn't happen so often), but for city living I think it's pretty quiet. There is some crime- mostly in the parking lot with things getting stolen from inside cars. When I moved here I looked at many apartment complexes in Uptown and they all seemed to have the same problem with crime in the parking lots. So I think it's an unfortunate aspect of living in Uptown and not so much a reflection of the management at this complex. Overall I would highly recommend living here.

Yes, maintenance is quick. Yes, it is very well built. But - having crime, don't you expect management to put more security guards? Don't you expect them to care for your property? They do have money to pay for 5 or 6 guys for landscaping; 2 years ago they must have spent half a million in unnecessary face-lifts, that money would have been enough to pay the salary of 5 more security guards for the following 3 years! Or a one time expense of security cameras, to be able to get the criminals on tape and report them. Priorities.

Hey victork, it seems like you have nothing better to do, why don't you go stand in the parking garage 24 hours a day seven days a week. Then when you see the guy in the black hoodie you can report to the cops. Be sure to ask for the guys ID, since just a description of a random criminal isn't going to give the police much to go on. How long has it been since you lived there anyway? Get the F over it, and move the F on. Get a life, seriously! Looser!
