I have lived there for almost 2 and half years and there has been so many changes. As far as Managerment and employment. The usually would send out a letter of congrats to a new member of management but all of a sudden it stop because the figure we do it if they change every month or so. There is no one there that was the same when I moved there. Many problems with roaches and leaks. You ask to be sprayed and the will oput you on a list and then they will go away and about the time you think that they are gone they come right back. Parking great only because you have assigned parking.
Rent is too much. Many car break in's and the gate hardly works, because ghetto people don't seemed to know how far to stop in front of the gate. The apartments do have cameras but don't think that because they have these you are safe because when it comes down to it they say they have to review the cameras and for crime suppose to be caught and it never happens. There is a security guard on duty (when he wants to be on duty) you page him and you don't even get a response, and when you do it that he isn't at the property and would go to your apartment later when he gets there.
Not to mention that the water/gas/sewer bill use to be only $20.00 a month and no I buy about the same as someone who leaves in a house 100.00 a month. One more thing pizza is not delivered to these apartments after dark because of all the ghetto --- people who live there.

I live there back in 2002, Myboy friend truck got broken in two twice. I had a bicyle stolen off my balcony and I lived on the second floor. ALso these apartment claimed to be a christian company the staff does not take complaint to heart. I would not recommedn any one move her!!!!. We broke out lease and moved out.
