I know this area well and like this apartment complex.

It is located just off Bush Turnpike and near the Dallas North Tollway, so getting anywhere in North Dallas really quick is a big advantage.

They have done some improvements the property recently such as redoing the fence aroud the property and redoing the fountains in the canal.
