Tonti Lakeside

I love my apartment! My family and friends are amazed at my great view of the lake (yes, in the middle of the city--who knew?) and the imaginative layout. The grounds are very well kept and pretty. It's also quite safe, and that was my #1 priority as a SWF living alone.

The staff is SO nice--I called from the grocery store one day to see what kind of bulb the spotlight is over the fireplace and the leasing agent offered to have it replaced. It was done in less than 24 hours. My requests are attended to quickly and cheerfully--they don't take it personally when your apartment needs work.

I do get some noise from my neighbors, but the way the rooms are laid out keeps if from bothering me most times. The units are a little old, but have obviously been well cared for--even the older appliances are clean and work perfectly.

I wish the rent was a little lower, but you get what you pay for. It's a lot cheaper than places with fewer amenities, and they take care of the grounds as well as their tenants. I just hope they don't raise my rent next year because I don't want to even consider moving at this point. I would recommend living here to anyone, from a perfect stranger to a family member.
