Not so great...

Anyway, I lived here for a year and moved out this past month. Overall this isn't the worst complex in the world, but there are SO many better deals in Dallas. I forget how long Tonti has been around here, but the place is looking pretty old, and maintenance or not its starting to look like the retirement center up the street from the complex. Not entirely their fault, its just an older complex. The lake is nice, but if you're on the Subway/I-75 side there's trash everywhere, I had to hold my breath everytime I went to get a sandwich! My apartment was a 1-bdrm, an ok layout, but they have the fireplace in the weirdest spot and one cable outlet only. Unless you want to run wires everywhere don't get a TV you can't fit on a nightstand in the corner. I didn't have a problem with crime but I did have a neighbor who had his car broken into even in the garage. I always parked upstairs and ended up taking a spot and a half usually, because the parking spots here are TINY! Overall, like I said, not HORRIBLE, but if I had had more time to look around this part of Dallas I would have found a much better deal. There's tons of apartments up and down 75 so I'd recommend passing on this one.
