I visited Tonti Lakeside last year and I liked the community very much. They had just begun internal upgrades. The property was clean and nice on the outside. It is older; however, you could tell it was well maintained. I couldn't lease at the time due to a personal job transfer. I was in the market again and wanted to check out this web site. I must say the derogatory comments of some from some of these individuals seem a bit ridiculous. We all have places and or people we don't call home or friends.....but give me a break. That is why we are all different. I am not yet a resident, but the property is even better then my first trip. They have got the whole rehab going on inside and outside. The property manager was the same and she was always professional. The other office staff has changed and they were very friendly as well. I don't know much about the maintenance, but I can only assume they are doing well as I have never seen the grounds look bad the two times I was there.
