Upon moving in, i had a flea problem
from the previous owner although this was disgusting and i got bit many times, the staff came in the next day to get rid of the problem, they did about 3 treatments and within a week it was taken care of.
The matinence is really good about responding to after hour calls. I have called them between 12-2 in the morning and they were here within 30 minutes.
I have a lake view and it is awesome! Its nice to relax on your balcony after long day.
My rent did go up after i renewed my lease for another year. I asked them if it would go up everytime i renewed and they said they shouldnt, they up'ed the rent to do upgrades to all apartments. After i renewed my lease i got a free carpet cleaning and a new dishwasher.
All in all Tonti lakeside provided a great home for me.
