Lived @ the Tonti for 3 years. It is a fairly quiet, small community, reasonably priced, and overall I would recommend it. Good proximity to everything central Dallas (right off the highway). When I first moved in (3 yrs ago) someone tried to break into my car, but parking is ample and gated. I know rates have increased, but they are upgrading units w/ everything from appliances to fixtures to flooring. Definitely don't regret leasing from them. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
