I accepted a new job in another city, and I needed to break the lease with the complex. They told me (twice) that I would owe them for rent for 30 days and then 85% of one month's rent to close out the deal. Today, when I went to turn the paperwork in, they told me I owed them for 60 days from today, AND 85% more of one month's rent. THIS COMPLEX HAS SENT NOTES OUT BEFORE TO US SAYING THEY HIRED SECURITY TO PATROL THE GROUNDS FROM 6:00 PM TO ABOUT 6:00 AM. WHERE WERE THEY'
Talk is cheap, and that is all you will get from this complex.
