I am surprised to see anything negative about these apartments. I have lived here for over two years and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience! It is close to uptown without the uptown price; and the grocery store, mall and CVS are right around the corner. I had all new appliances when I moved in and they have given me a new dryer upgrade and installed wood laminate floors in my kitchen and entry. I live on the Walnut Hill side and I have never had a problem with noise like other have stated. They really maintain the grounds and keep it updated which is nice. I will definitly re-new my lease here until I move into a house.
