Nice staff, few problems, but I wouldn't pick this place again.

Cons: Complex was built in 1984, so even though it has been updated, it's still an older complex - low ceilings, popcorn ceilings, rough around the edges (dirt, stains, spots, etc.), some bug issues (fruit flies, an occasional roach), grayish carpet, small patios, fitness center is separate from office building (doesn't feel safe for women), no recyclables dumpster on site, living room layout fits small TVs only, takes more energy to heat and cool, and some units don't have a linen closet or kitchen pantry.
Pros: Some nice upgrades (like stainless steel appliances, french doors, and dark wood cabinetry), nice scenery within the complex, very helpful staff and maintenance, and conveniently located. Only had to call for maintenance 1 or 2 times in 7 months; so we had very few issues. Paid $1100 per month for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit.
But I probably wouldn't pick this place again, just because its an older complex. Try Westside in the Village or Dakota in the Village for newer/nicer.
