I lived at this property for 3 years. The office staff was always professional and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. When I moved in my carpet was old and tatty. Three years later it was worse. I knew they would be replacing it with hardwood floors but they still charged me >$300 at moveout for damage to the carpet. That is bad business and underhanded in my opinion. I would not move back or recommend them to anyone else.
