Since I first moved here, I have not stopped receiving letter after letter after letter from the staff about problems on the apartment complex (parking, mail room, etc.) They never leave you alone! What's worse, is that they send you the same exact letter OVER AND OVER AND OVER and never seems to change until weeks later. They never answer their office phones and take forever to attend you in person (even if you're the only one standing in their office)!

The parking situation is ridiculous, they've changed parking permits several times and make it really difficult to have guests visit. Nobody is ever in the office to ask for extra parking permits and the property is right next to the street, so parking outside the gate is small and very inconvenient.

The mail room just got broken into, so the whole property got notices to pick up mail at the post office. The mail room has not been improved, the locks were not changed, there were no cameras added, it still remains the same and unsafe.

The pool is disgusting as there are neighbors who eat food and drink beer while swimming in the pool. The pool is right in front of the staff office and with other neighbors complaining about this problem, the staff never tells these people anything.

There are computers available to use in the office, however there are no printers for residents to use. The staff won't help you with that problem either, they are rude and will turn you away with limited services.

The rooms smell horrible (like cigarettes or pet urine) when you move into them. We viewed several rooms before moving into this one (in the process of choosing floor plans) and noticed the horrible smell. The rooms are not cleaned well before moving in, so watch out!

Even for people who are on very low budgets, AVOID THIS PLACE ENTIRELY! There are other apartments that offer better rates, safer and nicer grounds, better staff, and more amenities for residences.

YES!! This is all true and more! they have been this way for Years! I got out as soon as I could. They will charge you for ANYTHING they can when you move out too! there is dog crap everywhere and drug deals and shooting. the police are always there and the management is RUDE! There is not ONE good thing about this place. Do not move here.

I'm so glad that I moved out. I lived here for 3 years and left when they started in with the stupid guest rules and dropping eviction notices on your door if you were even pennies short on your rent. If I wanted that kind of restriction I'd live in a dorm or with my parents again. Honestly, a cardboard box might be better. Management wasn't always so bad but it was a chore to get them to fix things properly. My refrigerator broke 5 times before they finally replaced it. I'm so glad that I don't live there anymore!
