Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
so im taking back my previous statement ,this place is getting worse ... they are boarding up all the vacants and they keep saying we are not getting closed down when the truth is they went to court this past week with the city and they have until jan 1 to get all the repairs done or the city is going to tear this place down . the place is only 20 percent occupied and they are getting rid of the good tenants and keeping the bad .
