This is the worst property to call a resident. Management is awful...I was never aware that Treymore Eastfield is a tax credit,Section 8,and Housing complex. The aparments are rat infested.As a tentant you arrive home each day to find rat drippings and when maintance is phoned they are just as useless as the staff. The apartment is in the hood. Tenants walk all night and sleep all day. Loud music along with drug traffing occurs throughout the complex. The cops are about the best individuals around. My apartment is cover with rat traps. Management claims to both spray and bait the complex on Wednesdays; but of course no one ever shows. At night while your sleeping you can here the rats in the attic/ceiling....prancing around...Please look else where...I have had to report this complex to the Health Department and also file a claim with the Better Business Bureau in reference to unrelsoved complains.The office staff swears that no one has rants....but each myself and other tenants converse..they all speak of breaking a lease and moving else where. as of now... many individuals have moved that want better.... fyi: no let this place be an issue to you...search,search and search... as I did not...the staff asks that you wait in the lobby while they finish up myspace,facebook and text messages...poor management.when asked if staff resided in complex...all three females laughed out loud and said NO!!!! that shoud have been my warning......now I know
