I got a great move in deal here, however, the area is pretty scary. Theres a house right next door that homeless people would sleep on the front porch of and is now currently half burned down and looks horrible. Its been like that for about 4 months now. A little further down the street is a crack house where at any given time there are from 1-10 "drug dealers" on the corner. I saw the police there a lot for about a week, but the people still work the corner. I've heard stories of many car break in and see broken car glass in the parking lot all the time. The walls have blasting music coming through all the time and I've frequently called, but the music keeps coming. They will tow you if you don't park in designated areas if you are a guest. There are now signs on the gate that say to bring in all your belongings due to crime. The Exxon right around the corner was robbed this weekend and cops were everywhere---I still don't know what went down because all they'd say was that they were robbed. The management here seems nice, but that never makes up for your safety. Stay here at your own risk.
