1 word HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been 1 of the worst decisions I have made in a long time. Two weeks after moving in my 94' Nissan was broken in to and a radio that hasn't worked in years was stolen. There was a family of pigeons living on my patio and needless to say they were not "Patio broken". GROSS! Instead I had to rely on the maintenance men to come and wash it down twice a month. The stair ways were always nasty. I understand that the owners are in the real estate business to make money but I honestly feel like I should be reimbursed
