Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have lived in rental properties for the last 5 years and never had complaints from any manager. I have never experience a more rude staff than at the Treymore at Cityplace. They were defensive to every request I ever made and the manager Ginger lied often. They could care less about providing quality customer service. They were rude and especially the manager Ginger I always had the feeling it was tenant vs. the office staff. Once the new manager came along I was out of there as soon as my lease was up. If you want to be treated with respect and like a true resident do not live here!!!!
