In regards to the last comment shame on you for having one of your employees at City Place write such a review. That is pretty sad that the only GOOD review that you can get is from one of your employees and that is only because they work their. BELIEVE ME when I say this place is horrible. I have only lived here 6 months and I am so ready to leave. Unfortunally I signed a 12 month lease. I had some friends that lived here a couple of year ago and it was very nice then but this place is slowly going down hill. It is being taken over by Section-8 and this property is becoming trashy and unsafe. So little advise from a true resident take your money some were else. Last but not least everytime I go in the office there is someone new this place CANNOT keep office staff wouold you say something about the property.

I am a former resident and I lived there for 2 1/2 years and oh my...Needless to say I was let out of my lease due to the fact I lived over the pool and I had 3 pages of events that happened in the pool area. We are talking everything from sex,to 3:00am pool parties to people using the pool area to poop...This isnt even including having two visitors cars broken into and being on a first name basis with the DP that patrols in the area. Then when i did finally move they sent me a bill for a half dollar size cleaning stain on the carpet...excuse me where was I compensated for all of the late nights I recieved NO SLEEP...DONT MOVE HERE EVER!!!!RUN
