This is an awful place to live, bums in the parking lot asking for $ and trying to sell you spare clothes when your walking to your car, anbulances and fire trucks are here twice a week, no exaggeration, and there is a bona fide crack house down the street with at least 10 people standing out in front of it at all times and all hours. A pimp even approached me in the parking lot in front of my apartment and tried to recruit me! The apartment accross from me has like 10 kids living there with 1 adult. The parking lot is full of noisy kids all weekend who fight, yell, and play like it was their personal yard! Not to mention the adults who fight, yell and play in the parking lot! All weekend kids run up and down the hallways between the aparmtments and yell! There is an elementary school next door and the dumb kids there come over and ride our electric gate so it's always broken; Stupid, lazy parents sit there and honk for their kids until they come lagging out. Every day someone sits in front of our apartment and honks for at least 5 minutes, which is actually very annoying even for 1 minute. Oh, and in case you couldn't tell from all this, your surrounded by a real live ghetto, like in the movies! Also, don't even think about visiting the pool which is always surrounded by menacing figures who probably don't even live here!I can't wait to move out. I hate it here! Oh, and I almost forgot, the complex went Section 8 and they don't bother to mention that to you when your signing your lease.
