This has been a great "starter" apartment. Prime location and the money is right. The facility itself has shaped up and they are constantly improving (i.e. parking passes, security, landscaping etc.)The neighborhood can be scary so definitely be cautious and smart (I mean it IS Dallas)! You can avoid certain streets and areas as well. Overall this has been a good experience. You can't beat the area and the price!
