From Grand to Grim. Overpriced as if they can compete with new properties going up or even Parkgates (two pools, jacuzzi, soda machine, movie rental, nice gym, soda machine etc). Us rundown gym, building falling down, management now is nice but limited and we have had to sad Regional Managers. People need to start calling the President's office at 214-740-3300 and ask for the President, don't recall name. File complaints by calling 311 or online Dallas 311. Cars broken into all the time, no notices of crimes put out has to be found out through Tenants and Police. Maintenance has become poor. Security is almost non-existant. We now have women approahing men so we have Prostitutes here. Inside grounds various areas. Children are out of control all summer. My girlfriend and I notice girls and guys (especially single) move in and out quickly. You don't notice things until you have been here about a month. Some procedures questionable as horror stories of things that have happened to other Tenants. If you don't believe it, easy to get in the property, everyone does. Come here at night on the weekend and carry Pepper spray, hang awhile and during the day, pay attention to grounds and building.
