I currently live in this complex and i've lived in Apartments for the last decade and have never lived in such an unsafe area! I understand we're bordering the "ghetto" but the price should reflect the area and it doesn't. It's too pricey and too unsafe to risk a full year contract with these people. The management has an incredibly high turnover rate (in the last 6 months there have been 3 or 4 manager changes)all of which were not caught up on client paperwork seeing as how they signed the wrong lease with us and after quoting a cheaper price tried to raise the rent an extra 100 bucks. In a span of a month my vehicle and my girlfriends vehicle were broken into, and a late night domestic dispute opposite my apartment turned into a police raid. IT'S NOT SAFE, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
