I absolutely loved Trianon when my roomates and I moved in, however the management is the biggest problem! The manager here is completely flaky and makes up blatant lies while asking for bribes from residents. They are trying to evict all residents under the age of 50 because the building was poorly built and the walls are thin, so everyone can hear everyone else walking up the stairs!

My roomates and I have had one party here and the management called the police on us at 10pm! We are unable to use our balconies because of the "noise" and even once had management call us for having 3 friends over!

You should only live here if the manager leaves, otherwise if you are below the age of 50, she will try to kick you out. And lie about it!

I don't know about the quality of construction of the units, but from what I experienced when I visited the property, it was better than or equal to what is typical in most apartment complexes. Its people like you that make apartments unpleasant to live in, dirty, and noisy. I don't blame management one bit and wish more managers had the courage to get rid of raggeddy tenants. And, by the way, I am UNDER 50.
