Definitely overpriced. Construction going on all around and very noisy - cant sleep in on Saturdays because of the stupid tractor alerts while it's operating. Also, not too safe. Somebody climed on my balcony on the second floor and stole my bike. The week before somebody's else bike was stolen also from the second floor. Management didn't alert anybody and tried to hide the incident. Walls are very thin - I can hear my neibours upstairs and sideways. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
