All I can say is it was great if you moved in last year early but this year has been more of a hassle then anything. The Construction outside is out of control loud starting about 5:45 to 6:00 am. No sleeping late on Saturdays as the construction continues and is extremely loud. The Management makes no effort to invoice you for rent and even make you use a seperate company for water/trash rather than the old management that gave you a prompt invoice a week before rent was due with water/trash included. Not much help in general is the way I would describe them. Many seem to be moving out as well as the elevators are always in use with movers taking furniture and boxes out. Would highly recommend living somewhere else until Management takes a hard look and fixes there Problems.

I totally agree to this. Annoyed about paying utilities seperate. New managment is awful. Constuction is horrible. I have had 3 flat tires as result of nails/screws on roads next to property. My tires are 450 each it has cost me a lot of money.
