First and foremost, Trianon should be officially re-named Awesomeville, because it is awesome.

The place is practically brand new, all apartment interiors are beautiful, nice pool, gated underground parking, and extremely helpful management staff. I've lived here for 2 years, moving down from the NYC area. People who give this place bad reviews are totally ignorant. This place is like a Four Seasons Resort compared to similar rent levels in any other downtown city. Yes it's a bit more expensive than some other properties in the Dallas area... but look at this location, it's exactly where anyone would want to be! Close to downtown, Crescent, West Village, McKinney St. bars/restaurants, AA Center... Plus another bonus feature is all the attractive women who live here, hanging out at the pool and fitness center.

And If this place is too expensive for you, you should re-evaluate your financial situation and move to Frisco. Jeez, we don't even pay state income tax here, try living in California, New York, or Illinois.

OK, maybe you stepped in dog poop a couple times, and yes construction is going on across the street... but wake up people, you live in a CITY!
