The worst time of my life

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I am living my worst time of my life here in Tri-mark Landing App. The maintenance is worst, we do not have hot water for the last 1month and half, the trash barrel always full & smell, there is always septic tank leakage, worst customer service, liars, cheaters. Is it because 75% of the residents are foreigners.
