I LOVE my apt.

I am actually looking at this site to determine who the apt. mgt. co. is b/c I may be breaking my lease to move for a job soon, and I really have liked my experience so far. I would like to move into the same mgt.'s property, if possible.
Sure, the parking spots are a little tight (if you break your mirror pulling in/out of the carports, there is some great ceramic glue at Auto Zone...forgot the name but it mentions use on car parts/fiberglass...you have to mix the two tubes together...use more of the white stuff than the black goo and mix it together...hold it with tape overnight. Boyfriend--who also lives here in a different apt--did this and its as good as new.) and the trash cans are super far and its a pain to walk all the way over there...and they have painted our doors like three times since I moved here 5 months ago even though it is a new apt...
BUT other than those minor problems, the apartment is really, really great. I LOVE my floorplan b/c it has wood floors and this fabulous folding door thing that separates the bedroom the the living area. When you push it open, it makes the apt. huge and when it's closed you can hibernate if you want to sleep in (no windows in bedroom). There is also an entire wall that is a mirror in the dining room and a huge mirrored closet in the bedroom. My friend visited and kept remarking that, "THIS is the way to design an apt.!!"
The closets are HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!! LOVE THAT!!! The counters are marble and there is a little computer nook in the living area. Our two friends moved here and since then it has been my boyfriend (in an efficiency--so cute) and then me and then our other friend, so we all really love it and each have different floorplans, so I know they are all fabulous.
The apt. mgt. is pretty cool, too. I had some gym equipment on my patio and their letter asking me to remove it was pretty respectful, laid-back, and nice...not like a demand letter or anything.
Guess I will see if I have the same opinion if I decide to break my lease and they give me a hard time about it!
Anyway, that is my (very long and hopefully helpful) two cents, for what it's worth.
HM Anyway, just wanted to put in my (very long) two cents
