Finally From: rentmylifeaway Date posted: 11/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Finally, after trying two other complexes in the same block and being treated like a piece of dirt, Vail Village finally got it right. I got treated like a human being and even received my deposit back. Now that is truly a miracle, believe me. I gave my proper lease notice and cleaned my apartment as I ALWAYS do, yet I don't always receive my deposit back. I'm very impressed and pleased with the Vail Village office for treating me right. Now, to let you know, VV is not perfect itself but when you get treated right it leaves a GOOD impression, rather than heartburn, like these other skeezers in the area. The apt. needed a few repairs when I moved in, but the maint guy fixed everything right away. Some of the parking is inconvenient, it just depends what apt. you move into. I lived in an efficiency which are nosier than the larger units because you share a wall with someone's living room. However, even my efficiency was very clean when I moved in and the carpet looked new. The free cable TV is a nice feature. So, again, thank you VV for your courtesy even after someone leaves.
