I have lived her for over 2 years and love it. I just signed a 14 month renewal. I have never had any issues... on the rare occasion that I have a maintenance repair, it gets handled right away. I have never feared my safety walking outside at night. The office staff is very personable and nice. My only complaint is: the gate. It seems to be broken. When I contacted the office, I find out that it's not their fault, it's my neighbors who don't wait for the gate and run into it. Other then that, this property seems to be better than most. I have recommended it to friends who have moved in here and they are happy. Not a bad place to live!
