This could be a really great complex, older established and fairly well maintained (structurally) but the rent is too much for what is offered. Plus the owner is such a cheapskate, it is difficult to get basic maintenance items taken care of. Management reflects the owners attitude and is very bad. The outward facing part of complex is landscaped very nice, but the hidden inside part is lucky to have grass growning and is badly maintained. Barking dogs are a problem late at night sometimes. Such a tragedy, this could be a great place to live, we are waiting our lease out to move or buy a house.
