Need to Reinvest some of my rent money

What is wrong with the Apartments'
There apparantly is no budget for landscaping. Therefore inside the fence there is no grass and the shrubs grow out of control.
Most of the apartments have water damage and if you are lucky you get nice big brown spots on youre ceiling. If you are unlucky (like me) you get black mold.
Parking Lot is trashed with more 2 foot potholes than downtown.
Laundry facility is outdated and do not get your clothes clean.
Long Distance dumpsters. If you need the excercise they are great. Carrying 210 lb garbage bags the distance of 2 football fields will keep you healthy.
And one of my favorites Shared Electricity. Do not bother trying to conserve, noone else is conserving. The apartments are about 50% occupied (which drives up your shared portion) and the management leaves the lights on and windows openned in the 50% unoccupied. Who do you think is paying for that' Expect to pay about $200 per month for the 2 bedrooms and $300 for the 3 bedrooms.
Floorplans are great and so is the location, but not worth the hassle. Get a place across Lovers in the Village. Well taken care of and you get the country club for the same money.
