Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Parking is ample and secured by a gate - unfortunately the gate is routinely broken and often circumvented though this is better than being on the inside when the gate breaks and you can no longer get your car out.
Only maintenance problems were a leak in the roof resulting in mold - the apartment "fixed" this once and then had to come back out to really fix it a few months later. This and a sink were the only issues requiring multiple visits to fix the same problem.
Other than that, only problem has been with low-grade cheap fixtures consistently failing and requiring replacement - which they do handle promptly.
Insulation is poor. Electricty for the 2 bed/2 bath apartment consistently runs $150-250 with peaks being in the summer and winter.
Grounds would be nice and tastefully kept if neighbors did not continually pile trash on them rather than take the arduous extra step of opening the gate to the dumpster to deposit trash.
Never had any issues with safety.
The staff have been great and have always gone out of their way to be helpful. Truly one of the best features of the complex.
All in all, still better than most apartments I have experience due primarily to the efficiency of the staff and their willingness to resolve problems promptly.
