Poor management / worse maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Once you are in YOU ARE IN, management will do absoloulty nothing to make your stay there more pleasureable, wheather it be ignored maintenance requests or trying to switch apartments. Hope you like noise because the paper thin walls do nothing to keep outside noise out.
