1. It took 3 days after moving in for them to finally give me a key that worked. Therefore being a 23 year old single girl, I had to leave my door unlocked everytime a left the apartment.
2. ANTS!!! Need I say more! They are everywhere...taking a bath with me, eating on the cabinets with me. And hey it only took calling three different times to the office for them to finally come and spray without notifying me. They then left a note explaining if I had cleaned out the cabinets they could have done a better job. Try calling to let me know you are coming.
3. I was evicted 2 weeks after moving in for not paying rent. The really smart people in the office had put my rent check on someone elses apartment.
4. The car wash, fitness center....all great....if your card worked to use them. It took me a week to get my fitness card to work, but 5 months later have yet to be able to use the car wash.
5. I didn't get a mail key that worked for a month. Talk about late bills!!!!
6. MOLD! MOLD! MOLD!
7. Waking up to your neighbors cell phones ringing, alarm clocks going off and beds squeaking in the middle of the night is not what I call privacy.
8. Maybe you like to work out. You'll surely break a sweat in the 90 to 100 degree fitness room.
9. Sure move in because its a gated community. Well 5 out of 7 days of the week it doesn't work. I've seen peoples cars get egged and other property damage.
10. But the thing I have enjoyed the most about living here is the vomit that sat between the two treadmills for over a month in the fitness center! That was AWESOME!

I too have ants and they charged me almost $5.00 to spray and no 1 ever sprayed. The people that live above me NEVER sleep they stomp around all night. I wish they would evict me I sent pictures to my attorney and the tenants association of the ants.
