DO NOT recommend living in the Verandas at Timberglen. First, if you want to pay over a thousand dollars to have full access to a pool that is monopolized by overgrown men & woman who think they are back in high school, go for it. I have young children and try to attend often to find it is NOT child freindly at all, between the women who complain about their hair getting wet and the drunk immature men with snide remarks because they think they own the pool for volleyball only, and good luck getting your own lawn chair (they are all usually in a circle on one side of the pool taken up by the "in" drunken crowd. Secondly, the management, especailly the ones that get off work and join the "in" crowd, are VERY unfriendly and unapproachable....do not express any real concern for the tentants...they do not deliver great service to the residents as promised...I am NOT the only one that feels this way, I have met many in the complex that feel the same and regret renting here. Lastly, as nice as it looks, it is infested with an out of control ant problem...and as nice as it looks it is cheaply made....I (and others I know here) have to call to get something fixed monthly, if not weekly...Good Luck if you decide to live there.
