I have lived at the Verandas for six months and really enjoy what they offer. The area of the complex where I live is very quiet, it faces north.
The pool is great and the hot tub is huge! It??s a lot of fun during the summer.
The grounds are kept very neat which adds a lot to the feel of the complex.
I don't have to mess with parking because I have a garage, which I recommend, but my roommate usually gets a spot in front of our apartment.
The staff is very nice and they are always putting on events for the tenants. Happy hours, catered food, ect. Just the other day I went in to pay my rent and Blue Mesa had brought in enough free food to feed an army. It's nice nowhere I've lived before has done that.
I move in August to Houston and I don't think that I'll be able to find anywhere to live that compares.
