Don't be fooled by the looks, this place has sunk so low in quality you might as well move into a crack house. I've lived here for 2 yrs and though it started out good, it took a nose dive middle to late 2005. Its like management was SO desperate to fill apartments they rented to bums off the street:
Noise: God awful and loud, some idiot rides a bike at 3 a.m in the morning and some hooker lives in the 200 block and keeps having fights with her many boyfriends. Can't tell how often u see a cop car.
Management: Bunch of lazy fake blonds who know nothing about customer service. They lost my first renewal contract 3 TIMES!!!
Pets: You'd expect folks to pick up after their pets but NO ITS TOO MUCH TO ASK..folks let their dogs crap everwhere and management doesn't even bother to do anything about it. The grounds smell like a damp farm house.
Security: Not great...got my car broken into 2wice..luckily the thief only stole a couple of small items but still
Neighbors: Some are OK but everyonce in a while you see a couple of shady looking characters (some look like gangbangers).

All in all, I regret coming here and I'm glad I'm not renewing. BE WARNED..you are in for a rude awakening..I would not recommend this place to anyone except of course Al-Qaeda. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I think you are exaggerating. I have only lived here 4 months but the only thing I can relate to is the guy that revs the motorbike at 3am. I used to think just like you. Just because a person has tattoos and wears baggy pants it does not mean he is a drug dealer or gangbanger. When I met my husband he was dressed in a similar FASHION at a college football game. But that's just it FASHION. He is a barred attorney like myself. We will be leaving soon because our new home construction is near completion, but this place has been great. Loosen up and accept diversity.
