Looks like someone beat me to it but if you are a responsible mind-your-own business good credit kind of person, STAY THE HELL OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!! Been there for a year and my lease ends in Sept...moved from out of town and work in West Plano..thought this place was decent halfway between work and the fun parts of the city. But I gotta get out of here..these folks rent to low lifes, thugs and section 8 hooligans...my car was keyed a day after I left a note on a neighbour who parked in my spot. Early one moring, I was walking to the trash bin and walked past a unit leased to some very shady looking men and right there on the grass was spent needles and drug paraphenalia!!! You might as well be in Oak Cliff..

I am thinking of moving to this complex, and I like that area within a 1/4 mile radius a lot. You got the grocery, the video rental place, nice restaraunts, all right there, and easy access to the Tollway. But I think the tenant who wrote this review is trying to live in a glass bubble. Truth is, you could live in the nicest neighborhood in the world and still find drug users. And that doesn't mean they're gonna rob you, or worse. The guys you claim were tossing needles on the ground sound like someone you should have reported to the police, if it bothered you that much. If that is your only complaint I don't think it's fair at all to let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I don't know of any apartment managers that require routine drug-testing of tenants. |

I have been living here for 4 months and I like it. The neighbors aren't that friendly, but I welcome that. That means they will stay out of your business. The grounds are well kept and the management office is friendly. I have no complaints.

I haven't noticed any blatant drug activity here. And this place is by FAR the best in the immediate area. The office staff could be much better however.
