The Verandas are aesthetically the best apartments in the north Dallas area. The grounds are kept imaculate and the pool is much enjoyable. I've lived there for about a month and have had no problems yet. With the occassional loudness from the high school kids (or adults with high school level mentality) from the pool area, the place is very quiet...even being next to the tollway isn't that bad, the vegetation seems to buffer out most of the noise.
The management and staff are very kind and always smile when I walk inside to take care of other business. I commute a ways just so I could live here and would strongly recommend it to anyone, the rent is a steal in my opinion!
