Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
After almost a year I have seen this complex really go down hill. Several times a week there is yelling and screaming in the parking lot. During the day it's nice but around 10 pm, it's party time then fight central. It's not just one unit, it comes from all the buildings around my apartment. My floor vibrates with my neighbors bass. 2 complaints to management have not helped. My lease is up this month and I am out of here. Great access to Tollway and George Bush but not worth it. Avoid if you can.
