This is one of the nicest communities in North Dallas, however recently there has been a change in the type of residents who area residing here.
The pool is out of control on the weekends with drunken people who have little regaurd for anyone else but them selves.
It is worst then any night club you could ever visit.
If, you have children, I advise you not go to the pool on the week-end.
I would love to see the Management take control of there property, because like I said the amentities, the grounds, and the apartments are quit nice.
Most the neightbors are friendly.
I feel the problem here is brought on by having broken gates and not enforcing the rules of the community.

It sounds like you are having problems with cultural diversity. There are some party people here but it's tolerable. If you expect to live in an apartment community of any kind you have to deal with it all.
